Return & Exchange Policy:
To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.We do not offer refunds due to delay in shipping. DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO THE HIGH INFLUX IN PURCHASES. We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from DealsOnDirect.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit: If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or E-Gift Card for Daily Deal Purchases. No Cash returns on Daily Deal Purchases, only exchanges or Online Gift Cards will be given in return.
Items Faulty on Arrival: If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 7 days as well). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or E-Gift Card for Daily Deal Purchases. No Cash returns on Daily Deal Purchases, only exchanges or Online Gift Cards will be given in return. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period: All products are backed by a 7 day warranty which starts upon receipt of your item. No Exceptions! In order to send in your defective/faulty product for replacement or online credit, you will need print out and include a Return Request Form. Return Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable as it is money already spent.
Promotional Items and Bundles: When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a TV that includes a free Blu-ray player, the total value of the Blu-ray player will be deducted from the refund if the Blu-ray player is not returned with the TV. When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive $200 in savings when you purchase a laptop and printer together and you return either item, the $200 bundle savings will be subtracted from your refund.
Returns Tracking: Based on return/exchange patterns, some customers will be warned that subsequent returns and exchanges will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers who are warned or have been denied an exchange/return may request a copy of their Return Activity Report by calling 1-866-792-9144. Please be prepared to provide your order number, full name, address and phone number.
- Some prepaid cards, digital subscriptions or services
- Consumable items such as food, drinks and batteries
- Ink/Toner cartridges that have had their factory sealed packaging opened
- Items that are damaged or abused
- Items that are missing accessories such as remote controls, cords and cables
- Etched or otherwise personalized items
- Software, movies, music, video games and adult toys can be exchanged for the identical item only.
- Downloadable digital content (such as games and movies)
- Microphones, harmonicas and similar products
- Non-defective special orders.
To return your online purchase by mail, complete the following within 7 Days of receiving the item(s):

1.Print and fill the RMA Form by CLICKING HERE
Pack and Seal Your Package
2. Package your item(s) and include the original mailing package with your RMA form.
The RMA will be used to guarantee you receive your credit.
Ship Your Return
3. Ship the return using the carrier of your choice.
We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt.
Include Everything in Return
4. Make sure to include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories just as you received it.
Failure to do so will incur you a 25% Restocking Fee.
Once your return is received and inspected at the Distribution Center (usually within 3 days of receipt) your refund will be processed within 7 days. Please note once DealsOnDirect initiates the credit for your return, the credit/debit card company that issued the credit determines the date the refund will post to your account. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit/debit company directly.
DealsOnDirect does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via insured and or with tracking. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please allow 1-2 Weeks.
