Warranty & Returns

To return a product, please first read though the following terms and conditions, then follow our returns online procedure.

We do not offer refunds due to delay in shipping. DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED DUE TO THE HIGH INFLUX IN PURCHASES.

 

We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from DealsOnDirect.com. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

 

Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 days (please note that this is 48 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or E-Gift Card for Daily Deal Purchases. No Cash returns on Daily Deal Purchases, only exchanges or Online Gift Cards will be given in return.

 

Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 7 days as well). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method or E-Gift Card for Daily Deal Purchases. No Cash returns on Daily Deal Purchases, only exchanges or Online Gift Cards will be given in return. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you.

 

Items Faulty in Warranty Period

All products are backed by a 7 day warranty which starts upon receipt of your item. No Exceptions! In order to send in your defective/faulty product for replacement or online credit, you will need print out and include a Return Request Form. Return Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Original Shipping Fees are non-refundable as it is money already spent.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you, may vary. Please allow 1-2 Weeks.

How to Ship your return to us:

 

• Print out and fill out the Exchange/Store Credit Form CLICK HERE

 

• Package your item(s) and include the purchasers full name and address as well as your order number in the box. This number will be used to guarantee you receive your replacement. All thi sinfo should be filled out on the Exchange/Store Credit Form.

 

• Ship the return using the carrier of your choice (USPS First Class is the least expensive). We recommend requesting a tracking code and shipping receipt. DealsOnDirect is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

 

• Once your return is received and inspected at the Distribution Center (usually within 1-2 weeks of receipt) your replacement will be processed within 1-2 days.

 

DealsOnDirect does not cover return shipping costs.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
